Born 5-10-14. ‘Sash’ is a nice granddaughter of Paddys Irish Whiskey. She is a palomino with a star and appears to have no white on her feet. This is the first time her dam, Mujer Lucy Skip JW aka Lucy, has ever produced a filly or a colored foal! Sash is going to be a powerful athlete. Lucy, is a beautiful buckskin mare with a frosted mane that is 83% NFQHA. She was purchased from Grantier Quarter Horses because her mare line is very close to several of our VERY PROVEN ranch horses. Mujer Tacky Jay, now deceased, made a name for himself producing using horses for the family, ranch, arena and youth. We really believe in these horse families. This is the fourth breeding between Lucy and TRR Paddys Texas Gin and they have not disappointed us. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile—Tanquery Gin, Doc O’Lena, Docs Starlight, Poco Tivio, Peppy San Badger. The 2010 full brother, Paddys Gin Laredo JW , is now in Nebraska on a ranch. Her 2012 full brother, Paddys Gin Skip JW, and maternal 2013 brother, Hokey Pokey Reed JW, have both went to the same family in North Dakota as all-around ranch horses. Sash will have all the right moves and ‘cowiness’ to make an excellent performance, ranch, or rope horse. She will be a dynamo package with a good disposition. Sash will be for sale. Herda N/N.

UPDATE 10-26-14  This is a very feminine filly that filled out just like the rest of the Tex babies do.  Her mama does an excellent job for us each year.  Sash will be known as Daisy in her new home and we are very happy to send her off to Turtle Lake, ND and we wish Kristen all the best with her.
