Thanks Irvin!

Born 7-23-19.  ‘Nasira is a bay filly with a big blaze that extends onto her lower lip, matching high white half stockings on the rear, front left pastern and right front white that is only a coronet on the outside and higher pastern on the inside. We have chosen two movie themes this year to name our foals, one is Aladdin and the other is Mulan. Nasira is Jafar’s fraternal twin sister who tried to resurrect him in Disney's Aladdin in Nasira's Revenge

We purchased her mama, Two Tylet Jackie aka Tylie from Hockenson Quarter Horses in Iowa.  Tylie is a wonderful buckskin mare. In the past we have had some nice older Two Eyed Jack/Pitzer bred mares that have niched really well with our Paddys Irish Whiskey stallions.  With those mares aging we spent the fall of 2016 researching and searching for replacement females that we felt would really step in and complement our program and you cannot find one more Pitzer bred than this one also wearing the Pitzer brand.  Hockenson’s had purchased her as a weanling from the Pitzer Sale.  Most of Tylie’s pedigree speaks for itself with all the greats.  She is a 5 panel NN daughter of Two Eyed Red Buck.  Her bottom side is very maternal.  The Joe Jack Honey Bar mares are excellent mothers and that mare line has been a cornerstone for the Pitzer broodmares.  We love that her bottom doubles up the Harlans Tyree and there is a double shot of Leo in there.  She has had 2 foals for us so far. 2017 Two Tylet Honey Bee whom we have kept for our program and 2018 Two Scotland Reed JW whom we have also kept as a possible stallion replacement for our senior stallion (his sire) JK Jay Reed.  This is her 3rd foal.

This is Tylie’s first by Whoop Up Whiskey. ‘Whoop’ is a 2010 son of Paddys Irish Whiskey and out of a great John Scott mare, My Little Sugar Babe. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile.  A key difference between Whoop Up Whiskey and our other PIW son, TRR Paddys Texas Gin, is the dam pedigree. While both dams go back to Doc O Lena, Whoop’s goes to Doc O Dynamite who also stood at the John Scott Ranch. Doc O Dynamite was an Equi-State leading cutting sire from 1999-2005 who produced money earners and according to his performance record, his daughters have produced many money earning foals in AQHA, NCHA, NRHA and NRCHA. Doc O Dynamite has a pedigree that traces back to Three Bars giving a bit more stretch and speed to his offspring and shows up on the pedigree of many arena and speed event horses. Whoop Up Whiskey aka Whoop brings that little more height and length and speed to our program as compared to TRR Paddys Texas Gin. He has excellent bone, athleticism and conformation. His lineage tells us that his offspring will have cow and will be capable of performing at any level. Whoop’s foals are all breaking out well and kind.

Nasira is a very pretty and stylish filly in a bit larger package.  At age 2 she is probably 15-2 now and will grow some more. She has been lightly started under saddle this past August 2021 and is ready to go on to your plans for her.  Nasira has the build and makings to be a big time performance horse.
