Born 6-25-10.  ‘Jet’ is our last baby born for the year and is our tie-breaker.  We now have 8 fillies and 9 stud colts.  This will be a nice top notch horse with the much sought after cowhorse/speed combination pedigree.  Jet is bay with a small star and both rear pasterns have just a corner of white on them in a unique way.  His dam, Docs Dolly Expert, produces athletic babies with speed and style.  She is an appendix mare with Doc Bar on her papers going back to Jet Deck top and bottom through Jet Smooth and Shujet.  Her maternal grandsire was Deckabo (SI 102).  Dolly’s mother is an awesome mare that has been a broodmare, working ranch mare, excellent teacher for our youngest son as a ranch, 4-H and family rodeo horse.  She is currently semi-retired.  Jet’s sire is JK Jay Reed, a 96% foundation bred stallion with Poco Pine, Continental King, Joe Reed II and Whiskey Bert all on his papers.  Jet’s 2009 full sister, Docs Racer Reed JW, is currently in Tennesee and is being shown in yearling halter classes in the American Ranch Horse Association.  We hear reports that she has placed first in several classes.  We will be updating this information as it becomes available.  Jet is also bred to run and really could be your next barrel, pole bending or roping horse.  We are waiting for Jet to fill out a little more before we price him.
