Thanks Michael!

Born 5-21-08 "Fly" got his name because he has been flying around the pasture since he was born. He has a star and two white ankles. He is built solid, and can really move. His mother is a very friendly appendix mare with Doc Bar on her papers going back to Jet Deck top and bottom through Jet Smooth and Shujet. Her maternal grandsire was Deckabo with a SI of 102. Her mother is an awesome producing mare that has been a broodmare, ranch mare and is currently taking care of our nine year old son on the ranch and making her way to 4-H and family rodeo events. Add in the Mr Salty Peponita pedigree and this colt should have the cow and speed to catch anything you set out to rope. He’s got the speed and brains to barrel race, cut, rope and disposition to just be your friend. Take a look at his mother’s page and you won’t see a prettier mare.

UPDATE 4-4-10. We are really happy with the way this colt developed.  He is a dark, striking chestnut.  We cannot find fault in how this colt is built.  He has a super hip, nice set of withers and is displaying nice length of leg.  He is stout and has the speed and the cow.  He should be able to do anything that is asked of him. To date his sire, Mr Salty Peponita has had 10 performers. Two of them have been amateur world qualifiers in pole bending and barrel racing.  He leaves this week and will be started under saddle once he reaches Alabama and we look forward to hearing how he does.  Good Luck Michael!
