Born 5-25-25. Some years we do a fun theme for names. This year we have chosen movie themes for our different stallions. Top Gun Whiskey foals will be named after the Top Gun Call Signs from the original 1986 movie.  Next year we will do similar call signs from the 2022 movie. Our other stallions will have Lord Of The Rings and Hobbit themed names. This filly is named Eru (eh-roo). Eru Ilúvatar is the creator of the universe and life in Lord of the Rings, using a melody called the Music of the Ainur also thought of as GOD.

‘Eru’ is a bay roan filly with a star. Her dam Sixes Tru was purchased from Mindy and Chad Hubert in SD. We currently have her bay full 2020 brother, Hundred Proof, showing with Schlegel Cowhorses in breakaway whom we also purchased from Mindy and Chad Hubert. We are very excited to have both full siblings as prospects for us! This is the 5th Paddys Irish Whiskey daughter we now currently own. Paddys Irish Whiskey is getting up there in age and unfortunately his semen is no longer very fertile, so the fact that Sixes Tru’s dam was able to get bred by him was a wonderful surprise! We jumped at the chance to purchase both 2020 Hundred Proof and 2021 Sixes Tru and have since purchased two more full sisters. The 2022 is a bay mare, Sixes Tru Sister and the 2023 is a sorrel mare, Sixes Tru Raletta.  Paddys Irish Whiskey is a NCHA Money Earner and Multiple Major Aged Event Finalist. Foals have earned $1,702,161 & 5,424 AQHA points, 36 AQHA World/Reserve World Championships including 2-time AQHA World Champion Versatility Ranch Horse Smart Whiskey Doc. As a broodmare sire, foals have produced earners of more than $2,900,000. The Q-Data All-Time Leading Ranch Riding Sire. He is listed on a Leading Sire list each year since he was purchased by Paddys Irish Whiskey Syndicate. As per the 6666’s website, Paddys Irish Whiskey has a proven record of siring both class and high-end trainability with champions in versatility ranch horse, reined cow horse, cutting, reining, calf roping, and team roping. His daughters have produced more than $2,900,000 including an NRHA Open Futurity Champion and multiple AQHA and NRCHA World Champions. Sixes’s dam, Sixes Tru Lady, is an actual daughter of Sixes Pick by Tanquery Gin, who according to the 6666’s website, was AQHA’s first Versatility Ranch World Champion, Sixes Pick was bred, raised, trained and shown by Four Sixes Ranch. AQHA World Champion Versatility Ranch Horse(Trail and Conformation Champion, Ranch Cutting Reserve Champion). AQHA Superior Versatility Ranch Horse. AQHA Reserve High Point Senior Versatility Ranch Horse Champion Earner of 98.5. AQHA Points in 4 Events: cutting, working cow horse, halter and versatility ranch. This is Sixes first foal and we sure are excited to watch her grow!

Eru’s sire is Jacks Our Bartender. Jacks Our Bartender is a son of Bartenders Memory by Two ID Bartender and out of a granddaughter of Two Eyed Jack, Watch Miss Jo Jackie, born in 2003. Unfortunately, due to a stifle injury from being kicked by a mare, Jack was not able to stay sound enough to enter the show ring but was able to prove his athletic ability.  Since then several of his colts have ended up in the roping arena and continue to prove their athleticism and great minds.  By 2015 Hockenson’s realized that he was producing some really great roping horses and decided to see if they could keep his stifle sound enough to show and sure enough in a very short time, he quickly earned 5.5 AQHA Heading Points of his own proving that his offspring accomplishments were not by chance. He is a great horse to be around and out produces himself every time. Jack has 3 AQHA performing offspring. Many of his other foals have gone on to be great rodeo horses or rope horses competing and earning money in different associations. We bought Jack with one idea to be to put him on our Paddys Irish Whiskey daughters and granddaughters.  He has the moves that they do but in a bigger horse package. 

Eru is a smaller filly but super cute and very much has the Jacks Our Bartender demeanor and look in a smaller package. She will be fun to watch mature. We plan to keep her for now, please contact us if really interested in her.
