Her dam, This History, is a daughter of WR This Cats Smart earner of $236,514. WR This Cats Smart is an NCHA & NRCHA leading sire since 2010 and an NCHA & NRCHA All-Time leading sire. His foals have earned over $19,500,000! We are huge fans of WR and his half brother Bet Hesa Cat as we have daughters of both of those sires.  History is just a granddaughter of WR but we are very excited to add her to our broodmare band.

History started really nicely under saddle the spring of her three-year-old year.  Our trainer really liked her.  We did the ‘broodmare package’ for her as we do all our broodmare prospects just to prove that they have what it takes to be a mare in our program. Top Gun Charlie JW is History’s first foal and by Top Gun Whiskey. History is doing a FANTASTIC job as a first-time mama. We are so excited about this mare and her future as a broodmare for us! She is all that we had hoped for in a mare.

She will go with Whoop Up Whiskey for a bay foal in 2026. We love all our Paddys Irish Whiskey sons and it is a lot of fun to figure which of them niche with which mares. We absolutely love 2025 foal and will love her 2026 foal as well.
