Born 5-22-14. Chile is a beautiful dun filly with no white on her anywhere. Her sire is JK Jay Reed. He is 96% foundation and he throws wonderful dispositions on his babies. Most of his foals are born looking for people to be friends with people. Please read about her mother, Baby Ruth, and you will see why she is important to our son and to us. Chile will not be able to be registered with AQHA, but her background is all quarter horse and fairly high percentage foundation. Baby Ruth is an athlete and this filly should be too with a proven background and not a thing wrong with her other than the lack of AQHA papers. You don’t ride the papers and if papers don’t matter to you, Chile should easily have a future as a riding athlete. Her bloodlines are accurate even without the papers to prove it. This is the perfect chance to get a foundation bred foal with cow, looks and history at a much discounted price. She is the 6th of full siblings. Her 2009 dun full sister, Taz, went to Tennessee where she is now registered with IBHA and has stood 3rd in the world for American Ranch Horse Association (ARHA) for yearling mares and 6th in 2 and under youth mares in 2010. She has since been started under saddle very successfully. Her 2010 dun full brother, Yogi, is in Kentucky, started under saddle and we continue to hear good things about him. 2011 Yoda has been started on a ranch in Nebraska. 2012 Muff has joined Taz in Tennessee with a repeat buyer purchase. 2013 filly, Shimmy, will be going to Oklahoma. With her dun factor Chile could be registered similarly to her sister with IBHA. All of Chile’s siblings have easy going personalities and have been gentle to halter and saddle break. She will mature at 15-2+. We’d love to offer her towards a 4-H youth. She is Herda N/N because both dam and sire are also. Chile will be a pleasant horse to have around your family! Please talk to us about her.
UPDATE 9-15-14 Chile is an awesome filly like all her previous siblings have been. We just sold her 2013 sister Shimmy, so we have decided to retain Chile for ourselves and watch her grow and mature. We are super excited to be retaining such a proven bloodline for ourselves!
